Responsibilities * Record temperature controls. * Clean and disinfect tables, countertops, and equipment using the FIFO method. * Label trays for each patient to ensure dietary compliance and correct distribution. * Safeguard and monitor storage conditions of supplies according to regulations (PED). * Place daily supply orders and receive them for food preparation. * Support food preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks). 2\. Requirements: * Culinary technician * Basic MS Office skills * Minimum 6 months of experience in the kitchen area. 3\.
