We focus on the design and production of metal-mechanical structures, grating manufacturing, civil, electrical, and mechanical construction works, and general maintenance. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Logistics and Warehouse Manager**, for candidates interested in working and gaining experience within a metal-mechanical company in Arequipa \- Cerro Colorado. ***Job Mission:*** Ensure that products and processes comply with established quality standards **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop quality testing plans and/or protocols, including inspection points. * Prepare welding inspection records according to the type of applied test (VT, PT, MT). * Develop inspection procedures for civil construction and metallic structures. * Identify, record, and track Non-Conformities (NCR), defining corrective and preventive actions. * Collect, organize, and validate material certificates, calibration records, and protocols for final dossier delivery to the client. * Inspect and sign steel enabling protocols (coatings, spacing) and formwork tightness prior to authorizing concrete pouring. * Verify alignment, leveling, verticality, and tolerances of metallic structures. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or Site Inspector. * Mixed experience in projects involving foundations, concrete structures, and assembly of metallic structures. * Certification AWS D1\.1 or API 650/1104 / ASME IX, (NDT): ASNT Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Testing. * Must reside in Arequipa. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organized and methodical individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Initiative and proactivity. * Strong verbal communication skills. ***OTHER DETAILS:*** * Start date: Immediate * Working hours: Monday–Friday 7:15 am – 5:00 pm; Saturdays 7:15 am – 11:30 am * Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,500\.00 per month Application questions: * Please state your salary expectations. * Please indicate your years of experience. * Where do you currently live?
