Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to design facilities and infrastructure, develop architectural capacity plans, prepare drawings, and support urban development applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of facilities and complementary infrastructure 2. Development of architectural capacity plans for urban development 3. Preparation of architectural drawings at all phases We require an Architect for a real estate company to perform the following duties: 1\. Design facilities and complementary infrastructure (clubhouse, amenities, others) for various real estate projects. 2\. Develop and prepare architectural capacity plans for urban development purposes, achieving quality and profitability in projects. 3\. Prepare architectural drawings at the conceptual design, design, and detail levels. 4\. Support the drafting and review of descriptive reports and internal regulations. 5\. Collaborate in preparing urban development applications for submission to the Municipality and construction execution. 6\. Prepare architectural drawings at the conceptual design, design, and detail levels. 7\. Support the Technical Office Head in conducting on-site inspections to verify construction progress and project quality control. 8\. Support the Technical Office Head in delivering information to various departments. 9\. Coordinate and integrate with project specialty consultants. 10\.0 Coordinate with Maintenance, Projects, Commercial, and Marketing departments for the execution and implementation of red-carpet initiatives for projects. 11\. Provide support and perform, in addition to the tasks specified for this position, all those assigned within its scope by the Head. Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
