PROFILE: * Technician or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in related positions or in Facility Management services for office management. * Experience in supplier management and negotiation. * Personnel management, team leadership. * Soft skills, communication at all levels. * Knowledge of Office, intermediate Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide administrative and/or technical support for the processes of each assigned service and/or project. * Coordinate with maintenance supervisor(s). * Plan and control assigned services. * Review the effective management of operational and safety management documents (SIG). * Maintain clear and constant communication with all levels of the organization to ensure objectives and tasks are effectively achieved. * Review and control costs and expenses of assigned services.
