Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in labor management and personnel administration to join an important team. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of current labor legislation **JOB OPENING – PAYROLL SPECIALIST** We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist with proven experience and solid knowledge in labor management and personnel administration to join an important team. *Requirements:* * Demonstrated experience in payroll preparation and administration. * Proficiency with the PLAME platform and submission of labor declarations. * Knowledge and handling of T\-Registration. * Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. * Experience in the Construction Industry Regime. * Handling of employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and expiration tracking. * Administration and control of vacations, rest days, and labor benefits. * Knowledge of document management and personnel file administration. * Preparation of payroll slips, social benefit settlements, and labor calculations. * Knowledge of CTS, bonuses, vacations, AFP, and EsSalud contributions. * Proficiency with AFP Net and related labor procedures. * Experience in attendance control, timesheets, and overtime tracking. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. *Main Responsibilities:* * Prepare and process employee payroll registers. * Submit labor declarations via PLAME and maintain the T\-Registration up to date. * Manage employment contracts, vacations, rest days, and social benefits. * Administer labor documentation and personnel files. * Monitor and control attendance, overtime, and timesheets. * Provide support during labor inspections and audits. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations, especially within the Construction Industry Regime. *Qualifications:* * University degree in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
