**REQUIREMENTS:** \- Professional in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical, Fluid Mechanics** or related fields. \- Must have held positions as Project Engineers. \- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction supervision (residential, commercial, and industrial) with knowledge of regulatory standards. **\- EXPERIENCE IN STARTING UP VRV/VRF EQUIPMENT REQUIRED** \- Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial market sectors under regulatory standards such as EM.030 and EM.050. \- Experience in preparing budgets, reports, official documents, and direct and indirect cost templates. \- Ability to conduct analysis and monitoring of ventilation, exhaust drawings, and HVAC systems. (Desirable) **FUNCTIONS:** * Knowledge in the implementation of HVAC installations * Training in HVAC and refrigeration systems * Specialist in mechanical installations for ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) * Certified experience of **3 years** in ventilation or air conditioning design. * Supervise HVAC piping installations * Supervision of Ventilation Projects. * Sizing routes and locations for HVAC installations. * Design different HVAC systems on drawings. * Perform QA/QC quality assurance and control of processes and deliverables under responsibility. * Preparation and Planning: Carry out checklists and requirements for materials, consumables, equipment, and tools necessary for service. * Comply with work procedures, client safety regulations, preparation of project progress reports, project valuation, and schedule compliance. * Coordinate with internal departments the management of requests for the assigned project. * Experience in installation and/or supervision of fire protection systems. * Prepare engineering dossiers, descriptive memos, and design criteria. * Design different HVAC systems on drawings. * Supervise comprehensive management of assigned projects to ensure achievement of objectives according to standards and customer satisfaction with services performed. \- Onsite work in Arequipa Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations?
