Job Summary: This role involves receiving, reviewing, and recording payment requests, as well as managing and sending payment confirmations to the requesting departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payment documentation and ensure its proper support. 2. Efficiently control and record payment requests. 3. Collaborate with accounting and track payments. **CORE FUNCTION** Receiving, reviewing, and recording payment requests in the database, as well as downloading payment confirmations and forwarding them to requesters. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** 1\. Receive payment requests and verify that the attached documentation supports the payment. 2\. Download payment confirmations and attach them to the payment requests. 3\. Send payment confirmations to various departments via email. 4\. Maintain control over payment requests by recording each request in the payment request database. 5\. Separate the attached payment vouchers from the request and deliver them to the accounting department. 6\. Archive payment requests. 7\. Track rental payments. 8\. Report any incidents to the immediate supervisor. 9\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as instructed by the immediate supervisor. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in PC usage and the Windows operating system. * Knowledge of accounting management and SUNAT regulations. * Understanding of banking operations. * Familiarity with telebanking, net cash, and telecredit systems. * Knowledge of accounting software.
