Excellent work environment and continuous training. **JOB OPENING** **FEMACO**, a leading company engaged in mass sales and distribution of construction and hardware materials across southern Peru, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **MARKETING ASSISTANT** in the city of **AREQUIPA**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences (Public Relations), or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. * Knowledge of digital marketing. * Proficiency in graphic design tools. * Availability to work at Via de Evitamiento (Rio Seco)\- Cerro Colorado. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and monitor promotional activities, activations, and training sessions. * Manage sales incentives for vendors and report winning customers based on sales reports. * Receive merchandising and process its intake. * Manage suppliers for procurement or purchase of merchandising. * Update promotions in Tomapedido and monitor their implementation. * Manage dispatch of bonuses and undelivered merchandise. * Verify merchandising stock levels and coordinate transfers to each branch via the “Tool Manager” application. * Perform other duties as assigned by the department head. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment from the first day of work, including full social benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Career progression opportunities. * Continuous training. **Work Location:** Via de Evitamiento (behind the fishing terminal), Cerro Colorado. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience in this role?
