An important retail company in Arequipa is looking for an **EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SERVICE SALES SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree or technical diploma in administration, economics, engineering, business, or related fields * Commercial background, sales of intangible products, technology, extended warranty (desirable) * Intermediate level in Office software * Minimum experience: retail sales, home appliances, warranties, or insurance **(minimum 1 year)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Optimize the commercial management process and drive growth in Extended Warranty and service sales. * Supervise a sales advisor team of more than 20 people. * Provide daily training to sales advisors on sales techniques and product knowledge. * Monitor and track daily sales targets for each advisor. * Keep advisors informed about their progress and goal achievement. * Accompany advisors on the sales floor to support and close sales. * Report daily store closing results for the assigned location. **BENEFITS** * REMUNERATION + Commissions (based on team sales) * Formal employment under Remype payroll system * Working hours: Monday - Friday: 10am - 1pm (2-hour break), 3pm - 8pm * Saturdays: 3pm - 8pm Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
