Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant for a metal-mechanical company, responsible for planning, advertising, administrative support, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer interaction and administrative support A metal-mechanical company with over 20 years in the Arequipa market, dedicated to manufacturing stainless steel products and glasswork, is currently seeking: \- 01 Marketing Assistant Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or graduate from technical or university programs in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Scriptwriting, Photo Editing, Industrial Administration, or related fields. \- Basic Office software knowledge \- Proficiency in social media platforms \- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills \- Proactivity, leadership, honesty, and commitment to continuous improvement \- Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: \- Monitor and support the Sales team’s planning activities \- Verify store and service revenue entries \- Develop marketing and advertising plans for the company \- Assist administration in assigned functions \- Prepare reports for direct supervisors \- Guide and respond to customer inquiries \- Redirect customers to field sales representatives based on availability Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in campaign development \- 6 months of experience in similar positions We Offer: \- Job stability \- Career development path Work Location: Cercado \- Víctor Lira Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \- Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If interested, please send your CV to 936255981 with the subject line "Marketing Assistant" Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * This position is based in Cercado; where do you live?
