Your objective will be to supervise and ensure the proper execution of operations at assigned locations, guaranteeing compliance with quality, service, productivity, and internal procedure standards, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's operational and commercial objectives. **Requirements** \* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hotel Management, Gastronomy, or related fields. \* Minimum 1 year of experience as Store Administrator, Store Manager, Store Leader, or Zone Leader, preferably in restaurants, retail, or hotels. \* Basic MS Office skills. \* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. \* Knowledge of operations management and performance indicators. \* Familiarity with CAMALEON, ODOO, or SAP is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** \* Supervise daily operations at assigned locations. \* Verify service, quality, cleanliness, and brand image standards. \* Supervise and provide support to store managers. \* Monitor sales, costs, inventories, cash handling, and goal achievement. \* Supervise staff, schedules, attendance, and performance. \* Prepare reports and escalate incidents to the Operations Manager. \* Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational requirements. \* Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. \* Ensure compliance with safety, food hygiene, and internal procedure protocols. **Conditions and Benefits** **Monthly Remuneration:** S/ 1,800 Opportunity for professional development and career progression within the company.
