




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional in Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration. * Three years of experience in the position * Knowledge in Personnel Management, Staff Selection, Intermediate Office Software, Diploma in Personnel Management, Payroll and Remuneration. * Effective communication, Ethics and Integrity, Teamwork, Experience and Efficiency, Consultation Skills, Empathy. * Immediate availability. * Full time * Formal employment with 100% social benefits. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive staff requirement requests authorized by Management. * Conduct staff calls. * Carry out recruitment, evaluation, selection and onboarding. * Evaluate resumes. * Conduct interviews with selected candidates according to established processes. * Maintain updated M.O.F. and job profiles. * Keep procedures per department up to date. * Conduct HR inductions: Organization, Job Position, Integration. * Request police and criminal background checks. * Develop the Annual Training Plan according to the HR schedule, in coordination with General Management and each department. * Evaluate job functions, performance, and competencies. * Conduct quarterly assessments of workplace climate. * Manage contracts, vacations, and absences. * Other duties assigned by supervisor.
