Job Objective** Lead, coordinate, and carry out activities related to the identification, rescue, relocation, and management of native plant species, contributing to the fulfillment of environmental commitments of the mining project and to the conservation of plant biodiversity, with emphasis on semi-arid or desert ecosystems. **3\. Job Requirements** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, with specialization in Botany, Plant Ecology, or related fields. **Work Experience:** * Minimum of eight (08\) years of general experience in environmental, ecological, or applied research projects. * Minimum of three (03\) years of specific experience leading flora rescue activities and native species management programs. * Desirable experience in semi\-arid or arid ecosystems, preferably associated with mining or infrastructure projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Botanical identification of native, endemic, and threatened species. * Techniques for rescuing, relocating, and propagating flora. * Management of herbaria, collections, and botanical photographic records. * Proficiency in GIS tools and GPS for species georeferencing. * Knowledge of current environmental regulations. * Preparation of technical reports, floristic lists, and field sheets. * Knowledge of environmental management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). **Personal Competencies:** Analytical observation, technical leadership, planning, scientific communication, results orientation, teamwork, and environmental commitment. **Other Requirements:** * Availability to conduct fieldwork in high-altitude or arid zones. * Valid driver's license category A1 or A2B (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, GPS, and botanical recording software.**4\.** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and carry out inventory, rescue, and relocation activities of plant species according to the project's environmental commitments. * Lead the taxonomic identification of native, endemic, and conservation\-relevant species. * Supervise and participate in nursery management and propagation of rescued native species. * Evaluate the effectiveness of revegetation activities and establish ecological success indicators. * Prepare technical reports, field sheets, and follow\-up reports supported by photographic and cartographic evidence. * Provide technical advice in the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), ITS, and Flora Management Plans. * Coordinate with fauna, ecology, and GIS teams to integrate the project's ecological outcomes. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and current environmental regulations. **5\.
