Technical staff management and client coordination **01 MECHANICAL ENGINEER – SUPERVISOR (20X10 REGIME\)** An industrial-sector company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance services at the crushing plant of the Pampa de Cobre mining unit. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree holder and registered professional in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance at mining plants (crushing preferred) Proven experience in maintenance of **HP300, Sandvik CH440, or Metso C100** crushers Knowledge of maintenance for crushing equipment (conveyor belts, screens, etc.) Experience leading field work teams Knowledge of mining safety and high-risk work management Availability to work under the 20X10 regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Comprehensively supervise mechanical maintenance services at the crushing plant Plan, coordinate, and control field work execution Manage technical personnel (mechanics, fitters, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards Coordinate with the client and report service progress Control project resources, materials, and timelines **CONDITIONS:** Project-based employment (20X10\) Formal payroll enrollment Application Question(s): * When are you available to start working? * What is your desired monthly remuneration? * Have you previously supervised maintenance on HP300 or Sandvik CH440 or Metso C100 crushers?
