Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Plant Assistant to support the supervision of daily production operations, coordinate personnel, and ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in supervising daily production operations. 2. Coordination of personnel and adherence to the production schedule. 3. Collaboration with various departments to ensure operational continuity. We are currently looking for a **Plant Assistant** to join our production team in **Arequipa**. Responsibilities * Support the supervision of daily production operations. * Coordinate personnel allocation across different work areas. * Verify compliance with the production schedule. * Monitor and record production, attendance, and incident indicators. * Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and food safety regulations. * Prepare daily reports and provide support to the Plant Manager. * Perform other duties related to the position. Requirements * Graduate or final-year student in **Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Administration**, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in production plants (preferred). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to work in **Arequipa**.
