We are currently seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * \-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in Human Resources, Recruitment, Labor Legislation, and continuous improvement. * Knowledge and experience in human resources management and planning, design of policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, payroll management, among others. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for personnel. * Design and implement Human Development programs (Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, Training, Recognition Programs, among others). * Prepare employee payroll: manage T\-Registro, AFP NET payments, PDT PLAME declarations, and calculation of social benefit settlements. * Promote talent attraction strategies: Enhance the company's employer brand to hire top professionals. * Design and implement a performance management system: Enable staff competency development. * Lead high-performance team formation and retention. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES:** \- Effective communication. \- Initiative \- Problem-solving ability **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment contract * Market-competitive salary * Career progression opportunities Job type: Full-time Application questions: * Have you worked in retail or mass consumer goods companies? * Briefly describe your experience as a human resources generalist. * What is your salary expectation?
