Position Description Mission: Execute assigned parts of the project within your unit/department according to established procedures, in order to facilitate meeting established deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), driving significant contributions and improvements to the project. Candidate Requirements POSITION: PROCUREMENT MANAGER OBJECTIVE: Leader in managing procurement processes, responsible for developing all plans required to meet the goals and deadlines established in the contract according to the TDR associated with their specialty. REQUIREMENTS:* PROFESSIONAL DEGREE: Graduated, registered, and licensed in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * WORK EXPERIENCE General Experience: 08 years of general experience applicable to all types of projects or positions related to their profession. (Starting from registration) Specific Experience: 04 years of experience as manager and/or coordinator and/or specialist and/or person-in-charge and/or responsible party and/or technical coordinator and/or head and/or supervisor in procurement and/or supply chain and/or acquisitions or similar, in building construction. *(Only includes work or functions corresponding to the object of the contract or position; experiences that, although professional, have no direct relation to the specific service required are excluded.)** WORK LOCATION: AREQUIPA FUNCTIONS:* Lead comprehensive management of procurement processes, ensuring timely supply of goods, materials, and services necessary for the execution of the hospital project, in compliance with contractual objectives, deadlines, and established quality standards. * Lead the development of procurement and acquisition plans, defining supply strategies that optimize costs, time, and resources, guaranteeing the availability of materials and equipment at critical stages of the project. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and construction departments to align technical requirements with purchasing processes, supervising the proper selection and evaluation of suppliers, as well as compliance with agreed contractual conditions. * Supervise the documentary and administrative control of acquisition processes, verifying compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and best practices in the supply chain.
