We seek responsible, compassionate, and committed individuals who wish to develop professionally in a field with significant social impact. **Who Can Apply?** * Licensed or graduated Nursing Technicians. * Students pursuing health-related fields. * Nursing Assistants. * Elderly caregivers with verifiable experience. * Individuals with practical experience caring for elderly adults, dependent patients, or persons with disabilities. **Formal technical or university education is not mandatory. We value experience, responsibility, service orientation, and eagerness to learn.** **Available Work Schedules** **Day Shift** * Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Compensation: S/ 3,000 per month. **Night Shift** * Hours: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * Compensation: S/ 3,600 per month. **Flexible Schedules** We also offer options for individuals requiring special scheduling: * Coverage for 7 days. * Coverage for 15 days. * Coverage for 21 days. * Temporary replacements. * Shifts scheduled according to availability. * Opportunities for students, travelers, or those requiring flexible schedules.
