Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities. * Verify adherence to work plans, delivery timelines, and priorities. * Monitor the quality of completed work. * Assign and supervise operational staff according to workload. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Report progress, incidents, and needs to immediate management. * Supervise proper use of equipment, materials, and resources. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision or similar positions. * Experience in industrial or metal-mechanical companies. * Knowledge of blueprint reading, quality control, and production processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic or intermediate level). * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health.
