Position Summary: We are seeking a professional capable of integrating sampling theory, applied statistics, quality control, and geological data management in mining exploration. Key Highlights: 1. 5 years of experience in QA/QC for mining exploration 2. Proficiency in statistical software and geological databases 3. Leadership, technical communication, and change management We are looking for a professional able to integrate sampling theory, applied statistics, quality control, and geological data management. **Academic and Professional RequirementsEducation:** * University degree in Geology or Geological Engineering, with active professional registration. * Minimum experience: 5 verifiable years in QA/QC for mining exploration, sampling, and grade control. Practical knowledge and application of NI 43\-101, JORC, S\-K 1300, CIM Best Practices, ISO 9001 (quality management), and ISO/IEC 17025 (testing laboratories). * Preferred: Experience in technical audits **Technical and Digital Competencies** **Sampling Theory:** Control of errors related to delineation, extraction, preparation, compositing, and weighing. **Statistical Process Control (SPC):** Proficiency in Shewhart control charts, CUSUM, EWMA, process capability (Cp, Cpk), and repeatability/reproducibility studies. **Software and Databases:** * SQL Server (intermediate level: queries and QA/QC database management). * AcQuire (intermediate level: geological data structuring and assurance). * Leapfrog (basic level: geological model validation). * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power BI. * Applied statistical software: Minitab, R, Python. **Key Responsibilities:** * Sampling and QA/QC * Sample insertion and control * Data management and reporting **Complementary Competencies:** * Leadership and training * Technical communication * Change management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
