Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee and control production, maintenance, and operational parameters at a mining unit. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises and controls production results and equipment maintenance. 2. Reports shift events to the Shift Supervisor of the Processing Plant. 3. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and tools at the Processing Plant. Supervise control of daily operational parameters (tonnage, grades, achievement of production targets, among others) **Professional Profile:** Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering Three years of experience in similar supervisory roles Five years of experience in the Processing Plant area Availability to work under the mining regime 14 x 7 **IMPORTANT!** Buenaventura does not request any payments to participate in its selection processes.
