**Job Opening:** **Blasting Operator – Mining Project** Corporación Grupo Sur del Perú SAC is seeking a **Blasting Operator** with experience in **drilling and blasting activities in mining projects and construction of access roads and platforms.** This position requires technically responsible personnel with knowledge in the **handling, transportation, and use of explosives.** **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years of verifiable experience as a Blasting Operator** (supported by certificates or work records). * Knowledge in **charge preparation, priming, line connections, and blast pattern verification.** * Desirable experience in **drilling projects for mining access roads and platforms.** * Basic knowledge of **safety, environmental protocols, and first aid.** * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * **Availability for 14 x 7 work schedule.** * Residence in **Arequipa, Moquegua, or Tacna** is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out **loading, connecting, and blasting operations** according to established procedures. * Prepare **blasting materials and accessories** (detonators, fuses, boosters, detonating cord, etc.). * **Assist in the distribution and control of explosives** within the work area according to SUCAMEC regulations. * Participate in the **verification of blast patterns, burden, and connection lines**, ensuring proper execution of blasts. * Support the **Blasting Supervisor or Engineer** in preparing post\-blast reports. * Maintain **safety, cleanliness, and order** in the work area. * Comply with company and client **safety and environmental protocols.** **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** S/3,000\.00 (MYPE regime: half bonus, CTS, and vacation pay). * **Work Schedule:** 14 x 7\. * **Work Location:** Tía María Mining Unit. * **Camp:** Accommodation and meals provided. * **Contract Duration:** **3 months**, with possibility of extension to other projects. * **Position Type:** Full-time.
