Warehouse Assistant (Cargo Loading/Unloading Verifier)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Cargo Loading/Unloading Verifier to ensure accurate verification, registration, and organization of goods during loading and unloading processes in the yard. We are currently recruiting for **Cargo Loading/Unloading Verifiers**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request and collect the unloading checklist from the distribution clerk’s office. * **Verify that the goods loaded/unloaded match the checklist**, identifying shortages or overages. * Check legibility of product barcodes and register items not listed on the checklist or those missing. * Organize goods during van loading and delegate support to stevedores. * Record all loaded goods—including both checklist and floor items—on the loading checklists. * Ensure loading is performed according to the assigned vehicle or license plate, including transshipment operations. * Cross-check the total quantity of loaded goods with the driver upon completion and sign the checklist. * Submit fully completed and signed checklists to the distribution or dispatch clerk, or to the branch supervisor if applicable. * Organize and coordinate support staff (stevedores) activities, ensuring proper use of PPE. * Maintain constant communication with the clerk and/or branch administrator to report any incidents. * **Work primarily conducted in the yard.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate or incomplete studies in Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in **basic Excel.** * Familiarity with goods handling and/or warehousing is desirable. * Minimum three (03\) months of specific work experience in operations or warehouse roles. * Minimum one (1\) year of general work experience. **COMPETENCIES:** * Excellent interpersonal skills. * **Clarity in verbal and written expression.** * **Results-oriented.** **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment with full statutory benefits. * Opportunities for advancement through our career path program. * Employment with a nationally reputable and solid company. * Short virtual courses of the employee’s choice at a recognized institute.
