Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee and carry out electrical installations, electrical maintenance, electronic security systems, and network systems, ensuring quality and safety. Opportunity for professional development We are currently looking for an **Electrical Supervisor** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing electrical installation and maintenance work, as well as electronic security systems and network systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and execute **low-voltage electrical installations**, structured cabling, and EMT conduit bending. * Supervise the installation and maintenance of **CCTV, DACI, access control, and network systems**. * Assemble and install **electrical panels, residual-current circuit breakers (RCCBs), and thermomagnetic circuit breakers**. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on electrical systems at client facilities. * Conduct inspections and verify proper operation of installations and equipment. * Prepare material, tool, and equipment requirements necessary for job execution. * Report daily progress of completed work and field-identified incidents. * Coordinate activities with technical staff and supervise adherence to scheduled tasks. * Comply with company and client-established work procedures and safety regulations. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the employer or hierarchical superiors. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience in low-voltage electrical installations. * Experience in assembly and maintenance of electrical panels. * Knowledge of structured cabling and EMT conduits. * Knowledge and/or experience in installation and maintenance of **CCTV, DACI, access control, and network systems**. * Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics. * Experience leading or supervising technical personnel. * Availability to perform fieldwork and client-site visits. **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and supervision capability. * Responsibility and commitment. * Organizational and planning skills. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Effective communication. * Commitment to safety and quality. **ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comply with company and client policies, procedures, and safety regulations. * Maintain order and care of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Promptly report any incident, risk, or unsafe condition identified during work. * Perform other related tasks assigned by the employer or hierarchical superiors. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Join a growing company. * Participation in diverse projects and installations. * Opportunity for professional development. * Continuous training and learning. * Pleasant working environment. Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month **Work Location: Arequipa** Schedule: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 6:00 PM; Saturday 08:00 – 1:30 PM.
