Responsibilities * Assist in daily store supervision and operations. * Store opening and closing. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines. * Monitor basic management and sales performance indicators. * Coordinate and assist in organizing store staff. * Supervise proper customer service delivery. * Responsible for and lead inventory control and replenishment. * Verify store order, cleanliness, and visual presentation. * Coordinate operational matters with Management and support departments. * Assist in administrative and operational reporting. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements * Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, cashiering, supervision, or similar roles (mandatory). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts.
