Knowledge of the menu (ingredients, allergens, preparation times). Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations. Agility to work during peak-hour shifts. Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling. Ability to work under pressure. Plate service. Set up the service line before the start of the shift (placement of trays, utensils, food, etc.). Perform correct portioning of food according to established instructions. Continuously replenish food, beverages, and utensils during service.
