Job Profile: Academic Background: Degree and professional registration in Industrial and Mining Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in the role. Required Knowledge: Office software (Advanced), knowledge in PPE registration and control, risk assessment and control, ATS documentation, IPERC, PETAR, among others. Desirable Training: Knowledge in document control according to legal requirements and personnel management. Leadership, Resilience, Teamwork, Analytical Thinking, Adaptability – Flexibility, Planning and Organizational Skills, Assertive Communication, Responsibility and Commitment. Main Responsibilities: \- Support the implementation of IPERC, PETS, PETAR, AST. \- Carry out safety procedures related to or applied in work orders being executed. \- Coordinate the inspection process in work areas. \- Keep safety and occupational health controls and indicators up to date. \- Complete required records. \- Identify hazards, assess and control risks. \- Jointly establish, with the immediate supervisor, policies to follow regarding industrial safety and occupational hygiene. \- Conduct and verify the development of safety talks and/or trainings. \- Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports for management and stakeholders. \- Control and manage PPEs for all personnel. \- Carry out and verify implementation in units according to client requirements. Conditions: Work Location: Vía Evitamiento, Cerro Colorado, Arequipa. Monthly Salary: Negotiable Working Hours: Monday to Friday. (On-site). 8:10 AM to 5:10 PM, Saturdays 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
