




REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree in accounting or administration. * Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables). * 1 year of experience. * Basic SQL, Python (desirable). * Driver's license (desirable). * Availability to travel (desirable). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Timely handle site requirements according to procedures. * Maintain physical warehouse organization. * Keep material ledger updated in real time. * Keep purchase database up to date. * Process contract legalizations and notary procedures. * Document construction company and design studio processes. * Perform treasury cash reconciliation. * Conduct bank reconciliations. * Continuously collect outstanding customer payments. * Issue invoices. * Manage homologation processes required for bidding applications. * Assist the administration manager in all assigned tasks.
