Job Summary: We are seeking a systems technician or student to provide comprehensive IT support, manage cloud-based access and files, and assist with cybersecurity. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusion in the official payroll. **Required Profile:** * Technician, graduate, or final-year student in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or similar roles. * Knowledge of: End-user IT technical support (hardware and software); basic administration of corporate email accounts. * Proficiency in cloud file management (Drive, OneDrive, etc.). * Intermediate Excel skills and ability to create basic macros. * Management of access rights, user accounts, and permissions. * Installation and maintenance of equipment. * Basic networking and cybersecurity. * ERP and website knowledge is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to staff members. * Assist in the administration of institutional email accounts. * Manage and organize cloud-based files. * Support internal systems and ERP platforms. * Assist in implementing IT security policies (website blocking, access control, backups). * Coordinate with technology vendors. * Document IT incidents and procedures. * Competencies: Responsibility and confidentiality; organizational ability and attention to detail; clear communication and service orientation; proactivity and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Inclusion in the official payroll. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for learning and growth. * Positive work environment.
