Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer in construction to supervise operations, identify risks, and promote a prevention-oriented safety culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote a culture of prevention and safety A leading company in the construction sector is looking for a professional to join our team as: **SAFETY ENGINEER – AREQUIPA** **Requirements:** * Graduated and licensed in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Safety Engineer, Prevention Specialist, or SSOMA Supervisor on construction projects. * Knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Experience developing and implementing safety plans, procedures, and programs. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). * Availability to work in Arequipa. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations at construction sites. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures. * Prepare and update safety documentation (IPERC, ATS, PETS, among others). * Conduct safety inspections, training sessions, and safety inductions for personnel. * Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Promote a culture of prevention and safety across all organizational levels. **We Offer:** \- Formal employment contract from day one. \- All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, Life Insurance Law, and Essalud). \- Market-competitive remuneration. \- Ongoing training. \- Professional development opportunities.
