Experience in alignment and leveling of structures On behalf of our client, a leading company in the metal-mechanical industry, we are seeking an ASSEMBLY OPERATOR in Arequipa. What will be your challenges? • Coordinate with the Assembly Supervisor regarding receipt of project structures to be assembled. • Ensure fabricated metal structures are placed in their designated locations. • Verify that structural quality complies with standards established in the organization's Quality Manual. • Ensure defects found in metal structure weld seams are repaired. • Comply with standards and procedures as stipulated in the organization's Quality Manual. • Accurately read and interpret assembly drawings. • Possess experience performing alignment and leveling of metal structures in coordination with the Assembly Supervisor and site surveyor. • Correctly use power tools and EEMM lifting equipment. • Correctly operate oxy-cutting equipment; verify proper condition of tools to be used. • Conduct proper risk assessment for assigned tasks. • Perform assigned specialized activities during assembly work. What are we looking for in you? • Completed secondary education or a technical degree in Production Mechanics or Metal Construction Mechanics. • Two years of experience in similar roles. • EEMM assembly training. • Knowledge of metal structures. • Experience operating manlifts.
