We seek a creative, strategic, and solution-oriented Audiovisual Editor to help us take our communication to the next level. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Main Responsibilities:** * Production and editing of reels, shorts, institutional videos, and advertising campaigns. * Audiovisual coverage of events, workshops, and corporate activities. * Production and editing of institutional podcasts. * Editing of social media content and digital advertisements. * Organization and management of audiovisual materials in Google Drive and internal platforms. * Coordination with the design team to integrate graphic elements and motion graphics. * Proposal of creative and technical improvements to enhance audiovisual quality. * Operation and maintenance of recording, lighting, and audio equipment. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in producing and editing content for social media, digital campaigns, or events. * Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. * Basic knowledge of Canva or Illustrator. * Experience operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. * Prior podcast production and event coverage experience is desirable. * Availability for special recordings or events. **Competencies:** * Creativity and aesthetic judgment. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Adaptability and quick response capability. **We Offer:** * Professional development in a dynamic and creative environment. * Participation in high-impact projects. * Continuous learning and collaborative work. * Excellent working environment.
