Supervises technical personnel, ensures compliance with **quality, safety and delivery time standards**, and maintains fluid communication with sales, logistics and customer departments. **Academic qualifications** * Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Technician or Engineer, or related fields. * **Desirable complementary training:** o Maintenance and repair of industrial valves o ASME, API, ISO standards related to valves and hydraulic testing. o Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHS). o Certification in Supervision or Operational Leadership. o Intermediate or advanced English. **Required experience** * Minimum of 2 to **3 years** of experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance workshops. * Desirable experience in valve, instrumentation or industrial service provider companies. * Experience leading technical teams and managing work orders. **4\. Technical knowledge** * Knowledge of **types, operation and application of industrial valves**. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Hydraulic and pneumatic testing. * Control of tools, materials and measuring equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards. * Basic knowledge of management software (ERP or similar) and technical reporting.
