Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to assist in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems, prepare documentation and reports, and monitor projects. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum and optimal experience of 6 months in positions related to the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. - Completion of at least one course on interpretation/implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. - Preference for experience using project control tools (Project, JIRA, KANBAN) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisted implementation of Integrated Management Systems. - Preparation of IMS documentation. - Preparation of progress reports and project performance reports - Monitoring project progress using management tools. - Supporting planning, coordination, and management of internal and external project audits, in accordance with client guidelines and established provisions. - Supporting tracking of process management indicators established in the project. - Monitoring progress toward project closure dossier, coordinating with responsible departments for timely delivery.
