Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Operator for Backus Arequipa, providing support across various plant areas—including cleaning and production—as required by operational needs. Production support functions according to operational requirements MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATOR – Backus Arequipa · At Lavoro Perú S.A.C., on behalf of our client—a leading industrial/brewery company—Backus Arequipa—we are currently recruiting a Multifunctional Operator to join their team. This position is distinctive, as the employee will provide support across various plant areas depending on operational needs. Main Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and organization of assigned areas, primarily in the Packaging / Line area. Cleaning of floors, furniture, restrooms, and work zones. Waste removal and emptying of trash bins. Restocking of cleaning supplies in restrooms. Spill cleanup and maintenance of common areas. Support in various production areas as required by operational needs. Requirements: Minimum 3 months of experience in production or industrial cleaning. Availability to perform operational tasks. Availability to rotate shifts as needed. This position is exclusively for male candidates. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Includes 45 minutes for lunch break. One rotating day off between Monday and Friday (weekends are working days). Initial contract term: 3 months. Enrollment in the general payroll from day one, with 100% statutory benefits. Shift rotation only if operationally necessary (regular schedule is fixed daytime shift).
