Job stability with formal payroll enrollment from the first day Our client, a prominent local company operating in the AREQUIPA market, is seeking top talent for the PLANT OPERATOR – PAILOAS position · REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Completed Secondary School Minimum Experience / Duration: 6 months in manufacturing companies; production operators in industrial plants Availability: Immediate Residence in areas near the Cercado Industrial Park · WEEKLY ROTATING SHIFTS Monday to Saturday Morning Shift: 4:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Afternoon Shift: 12:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Store and move assigned products at various times throughout the day to meet the production schedule. Verify product condition prior to making it available; if applicable per procedures and instructions, report any nonconformities to the supervisor. Perform cleaning of equipment, machinery, tools, and accessories in the area according to instructions to ensure proper operation and product quality. Operate units, equipment, tools, accessories, and machines in the area appropriately, following procedures and technical manuals. · BENEFITS: Pleasant working environment.
