Job Description We seek a professional with experience in planning and control of scaffolding erection projects, industrial maintenance, and plant shutdowns, oriented toward schedule compliance, resource control, and progress tracking. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechatronic-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Construction Planner in mining projects, scaffolding erection, or industrial maintenance. * Proven experience in **Plant Shutdowns**. * Knowledge of project planning and control. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 is desirable. * Availability to work under the mining labor regime.
