Comprehensive management of electromechanical projects B&B Murillo S.A.C. is currently seeking 1 Technical Office Engineer to join our team on our new project: Requirements: - Licensed and registered Mechanical Engineer or related discipline (Mandatory) - 4 years of experience in electromechanical projects. - Project management experience and knowledge of processes including: Field Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Valuations, review and preparation of calculation reports. - Must reside in Arequipa City – Mandatory - Immediate availability required Responsibilities: - Supervise implementation of controls established in procedures, directives, instructions, and project standards. - Supervise adherence to the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, Construction) guidelines within area activities. - Periodically monitor and track departmental objectives and targets. - Develop action plans to address deviations between the production schedule (plan) and actual progress. - Consolidate project production information for budget preparation, covering human resources, equipment, and materials to be used according to the work plan. - Prepare valuations, progress reports, quantity surveys, and technical drawing coordination. - Review and coordinate drawings; assess detailed engineering (mechanical, structural, piping drawings, etc.) to detect interferences, design errors, or information gaps before they impact construction. - RFI management: prepare, submit, and follow up on queries directed to supervision or the client when discrepancies arise in designs. - Document control: manage and maintain the latest approved versions of drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures, ensuring field personnel use current information. - Review and prepare calculation reports in accordance with national and international standards.
