Supervise quality control standards We are looking for a recent graduate to lead the quality department at our food plant. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * **Education:** Graduate in **Food Engineering** or **Agro-industries**. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in food industry companies. * **Availability:** Willing to work rotating shifts (5 days per week). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and control production processes. * Supervise quality control standards. * Ensure compliance with cleaning and food safety protocols. **BENEFITS (GENERAL REGIME \- LAW 728):** As a member of our team under the **General Regime**, you will enjoy 100% of all statutory benefits: * **Competitive salary:** Between **S/ 1,600 and S/ 1,800** (based on evaluation). * **Statutory bonuses:** Two bonuses per year (July and December), each equivalent to one full monthly salary, plus an extraordinary bonus. * **CTS (Compensatory Time Service Deposit):** Deposits made in May and November. * **Vacation:** 30 days of paid physical rest per year. * **Family Allowance:** Additional payment of 10% of the Minimum Vital Wage (RMV) (if you have minor children or university students). * **Life Insurance (Law):** Coverage effective from the first day of employment. * **Social Security:** EsSalud contributions fully covered by the company. * **Profit Sharing:** Participation in the company's profit distribution.
