We are looking for a **Compensation Coordinator** to manage and oversee compensation processes for operational and administrative staff, ensuring accurate calculation and validation of variable remunerations, deductions, bonuses, piece-rate payments, and incentives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Compensation Management * Supervise the calculation of variable remunerations. * Validate production outputs, bonuses, piece-rate payments, incentives, and pre-payroll documents. * Review payment criteria according to productivity. * Coordinate with Operations for production validation. Deduction Management * Administer and control payroll and piece-rate deductions. * Validate supporting documentation prior to applying deductions. * Coordinate with Finance for correct application of deductions in payroll. Disciplinary Management * Manage internal communications related to disciplinary actions. * Coordinate implementation of corrective measures. Retiree Follow-up * Monitor the staff termination process. * Conduct follow-up within two days after termination. * Coordinate reporting as appropriate. Coordination with Finance * Report corresponding labor costs. * Provide information for budget preparation. * Analyze the economic impact of bonuses, deductions, and incentives.
