Dynamic work environment DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Solar Technician with 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance and operation of photovoltaic power plants. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of photovoltaic installations. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in solar panels, inverters, structures, and cabling. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper plant operation and safety. * Operate specialized photovoltaic sector tools and measurement equipment. * Document all maintenance and repair activities. * Collaborate with other teams to optimize plant performance. * Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations. * Participate in commissioning of new installations. * Stay updated on the latest solar energy technologies and trends. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in Electricity, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably in large-scale power plants. * Solid understanding of photovoltaic power plant operations, including solar panels, inverters, monitoring systems, and structures. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. * Experience using diagnostic tools and measurement equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.). * Knowledge of electrical safety and occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations. * Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel if required. * Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific certifications in photovoltaic installation or maintenance. * Experience with remote monitoring systems. * Knowledge of welding or working at heights. * Technical English.
