Opportunity for professional development A metal-mechanical company with over 20 years of presence in the Arequipa market, specializing in stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.), is currently looking for: \- 0 Stainless Steel Welding Assistant **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in manufacturing stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.) for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. \- Perform welding, polishing, grinding, cutting, and measuring of stainless steel and aluminum tubes (skills acquired on the job) \- Ensure all stainless steel projects comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations. \- Follow the schedule provided by management to complete projects within designated timeframes. \- Maintain a clean and safe working environment. \- Follow instructions from supervisors and technical staff. **Requirements:** \- No prior experience required \- Willingness to learn and work in a team. \- Ability to work effectively and safely \- Good physical condition and capable of firmly holding stainless steel tubes during grinding or polishing. \- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. \- Availability to work overtime, paid (only in urgent cases) \- Minimum commitment to develop within the company for 6 months. **Benefits:** \- Career path \- Travel allowance payment \- Performance-based salary increase opportunity **Work Location:** Paucarpata \- Villa Jesús, near the Baños de Jesús Zoo. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside?
