Excellent working environment **Accounting Assistant – Accounts Payable** A real estate company is seeking top talent to fill the position of “Accounting Assistant”; details below: REQUIREMENTS: · Graduated professionals holding a university degree in Accounting. · Minimum 2 years’ experience performing Accounting Assistant duties. · Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards or Taxation (Preferred). · Solid knowledge of SUNAT regulations on deductions and withholdings. · Proficiency in the CONCAR system. · Intermediate-level Office skills. · Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Receipt, review, recording of accounts payable documents, and analysis of related accounting accounts. · Accrual of expenses and travel allowances. · Preparation of cost sheets. · Accrual of expenses as appropriate for each period. · Fixed asset control. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor consistent with the nature of the position.
