Participate in staff training and awareness-raising processes **JOB OPENING: INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) ASSISTANT \- AREQUIPA** At **SELCON**, a leading company in engineering and maintenance services, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an **Integrated Management System (IMS) Assistant**. **What will be your challenge?** Your primary objective will be to provide technical and operational support in maintaining and improving our management standards, ensuring that each process complies with international regulatory frameworks and the organization’s strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in technical fields, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Knowledge:** Solid expertise in **implementing and auditing Integrated Management Systems**, based on **ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018** standards (knowledge of ISO 39001 is desirable). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in the transportation, mining, or industrial services sectors. * **Residence:** Must currently reside in **Arequipa**. * **Skills:** Strong analytical ability, excellent writing skills, and intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software tools.
