Job Summary: Oversee operations of the mineral system to ensure efficiency, high standards of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality, and meet customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. MISSION Oversee mineral system operations with the objective of ensuring efficient operations with high standards of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality, delivering excellent service that meets our customers’ needs while complying with applicable legal frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment operations of concentrates, promptly reporting any deviations. Supervise implementation of the mineral system’s maintenance and cleaning program. Scope: from receipt through to the wharf. Monitor, record, and report all stoppages and incidents occurring throughout the entire process, issuing a detailed report on occurrences during the operational shift. Coordinate vehicle and unit fleet movements within the mineral system, verifying orderly and safe execution at all times, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Accurately enter information into control records in the system (KARDEX, ACO, ANtp) to ensure correct service billing in the ANTP System. Verify and coordinate proper use of required consumables, equipment, and tools. Participate in, enforce, and train personnel on Standards, procedures, work instructions, PETS, POE, and area documentation. Implement and promote continuous improvement of the Mineral System. Supervise assigned personnel: attendance reports, tardiness, absences, and meal requests—reporting and informing the Shift Supervisor promptly. Achieve established objectives for the Mineral System area. Use the SCADA system for Receipt, Storage, and Shipment correctly, promptly reporting any deficiencies or failures encountered. Comply with, and ensure compliance with, current legal regulations and standards required by regulatory authorities. Conduct proper shift handover, recording major incidents in the shift handover logbook. Verify recovery of mineral concentrate from containers (cylinders) of the mineral system’s dust collectors. Generate attention reports based on ACO data, identifying stoppages for review by Maintenance. Generate warehouse occupancy reports to support area performance objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of the General Customs Law and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Knowledge of integrated management systems (safety, quality, and environment). Knowledge of operations involving equipment and/or conveyor belts (desirable). Basic English. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Driver’s License A1. Availability to work rotating shifts. **Experience in roles:** Process plant operations, fleet management, or warehouse management.
