Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to operationally manage the heavy-duty fleet, supervise vehicle flow, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Key Highlights: 1. We are Transportes Herman SRL, a prominent national and international heavy cargo transportation company specializing in hazardous materials. Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of FLEET ASSISTANT. Position Profile: Academic Qualification: Completed Secondary Education – Technical Degree Work Experience: 6 months in the position. Driver's License – AIIB Required Knowledge: Operational control of heavy-duty fleets. Proficiency in technical inspection of vehicles, management of cargo securing materials, and compliance with road and documentation safety protocols. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the entry and exit flow of vehicles to optimize yard space. Supervise and assist drivers in performing parking and coupling maneuvers according to safety standards. Identify and report unsafe conditions in the work area (oil spills, inadequate lighting, or damaged signage). Detect obvious visible faults (leaks, worn tires, broken lights) and immediately report them to the maintenance department for correction. Ensure vehicles meet corporate cleanliness and branding standards before departing on route. Maintain and record vehicle checklists. Conditions: Work Location: Vía Evitamiento, Cerro Colorado, Arequipa.
