Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Control Assistant to supervise branches, verify procedures, and ensure operational continuity, thereby guaranteeing service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises and controls branches by reviewing cash boxes, payroll sheets, and reports. 2. Ensures compliance with procedures and provides support in incident resolution. 3. Guarantees branch operational continuity through timely supply replenishment. We are currently recruiting personnel for the position of **INTERNAL CONTROL ASSISTANT** **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control assigned branches through review of **cash boxes, payroll sheets, and reports**. * Verify compliance with internal procedures and provide support in resolving incidents. * Monitor branch operational continuity, ensuring timely supply of **materials, tools, and equipment**. * Validate **daily deposits**, cross-checking payment receipts and vouchers against declared information. * Review payroll sheets downloaded from the system, ensuring consistency with cash register records. * Verify correct issuance and sequential numbering of **transporter waybills**. * Perform other duties assigned by the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of **administrative management and accounts receivable control**. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. **Key Competencies** * High level of **proactivity** and organizational ability. * Excellent **interpersonal communication skills**. * Strong sense of **responsibility and professional ethics**. * Attention to detail and analytical orientation. **What We Offer?** * Salary: **S/ 1,400** * Formal employment registration from day one * Genuine growth opportunities (career path) * Job stability within a solid, nationally recognized company Arequipa Expreso Marvisur E.I.R.L. maintains an inclusive hiring policy; therefore, per Law No. 29973, General Law for Persons with Disabilities, this recruitment is open to all.
