Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal-Mechanical Structures Assistant to support assembly, welding, cleaning, and painting of metal-mechanical fabrications while maintaining order and safety. We specialize in the design and production of metal-mechanical structures, grating manufacturing, civil, electrical, and mechanical construction works, and general maintenance. We are currently seeking a **METAL-MECHANICAL STRUCTURES ASSISTANT** with a minimum of 3 months’ experience. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or student of technical programs in **Production Mechanics, Welding, or related fields.** * **3-month** experience in similar positions. * Familiarity with the use of **angle grinder, drill, air compressor, welding machine, and other mechanical equipment and tools.** * Basic knowledge of **welding, assembly, and basic blueprint reading and interpretation.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist operators in performing tasks such as: **assembly, welding, manual and mechanical cleaning, painting**, and other activities required for metal-mechanical fabrication. * Coordinate continuously with operators to ensure timely service delivery. * Clean used tools and equipment, as well as the work area, at the end of each shift. * Assist in loading/unloading materials and in preparing and organizing the work area. Keep equipment and workplace clean and orderly. * Identify hazards and environmental aspects, assess risks and environmental impacts, and establish control measures according to job responsibilities. * Perform minor repairs when possessing the necessary knowledge. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **OTHER DETAILS:** * **Work location:** Camaná **(meals, transportation, and accommodation provided)** **IMPORTANT:** * **Submit a documented CV (academic and/or work certificates).** **COMPETENCIES:** * Responsible, punctual, and committed individual. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
