As part of our growth plan, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of MOTOR GRADER OPERATOR. JOB OBJECTIVE Operate motor graders and related equipment as required by operational needs and equipment availability, including: front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, smooth drum rollers, vibratory rollers, forklifts, or crawler tractors. RESPONSIBILITIES The operator specializes exclusively in operating motor graders, using the machine to grade terrain, adjust slopes, cut material, and prepare subbases for road or roadway construction. Conduct daily inspections of the motor grader before and after operation, verifying oil and fuel levels, hydraulic systems, and other critical components. Ensure the motor grader is in optimal working condition to prevent failures during operations. Utilize specific motor grader functions—such as blade control and terrain stabilization—to create precise ground profiles and meet project requirements. Monitor and adjust the motor grader to ensure slopes, grades, and surfaces precisely conform to project drawings and specifications, using tools such as GPS systems or laser levels. Coordinate with other heavy equipment operators to ensure operations are conducted efficiently and safely. Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and standards to ensure safe, competent supply of materials during operations without causing harm to personnel or equipment. REQUIREMENTS: Technical graduate in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Operation, or related fields. Valid driver’s license class AIIB.
