The main objective is to ensure that transportation document flow and fleet monitoring comply with SUNAT standards and our mining clients’ requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * **Documentation Management:** Issuance, validation, and control of **Electronic Waybills (GRE)** via the SUNAT portal and internal systems. * **GPS Monitoring:** Real-time tracking of transport units to ensure adherence to scheduled routes and delivery timelines. * **Weighing Control:** Coordination and recording of scale tickets and declared weights on waybills to prevent discrepancies en route. * **Reporting:** Preparation of daily incident reports and service status reports (loaded, in transit, unloaded). * **Document Organization:** Organization and custody of service files (waybills, vehicle checklists, personnel PPE) for billing and audits. * **Logistics Support:** Coordination with drivers for physical delivery of documents and verification that all required documentation is available prior to each departure. * **Incident Management:** Serving as first point of contact for route deviations, unauthorized stops, or GPS signal issues. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in the **SUNAT Portal** (Waybill module) and satellite monitoring platforms (GPS). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles, preferably within heavy cargo transportation or mining services companies. * **Excel:** Intermediate level (proficiency in pivot tables and data records). * **Availability:** Flexibility to cover shifts or hours according to operational demand in the sector. **Competencies** * **Leadership:** Ability to guide drivers in protocol compliance. * **Effective Communication:** Clarity in reporting updates to management and clients. * **Coordination:** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy. * **Resilience:** Capacity to work under pressure and resolve contingencies in real time. **Benefits** * Enrollment in the **General Regime Payroll** from day one. * **100% Social Benefits** (bonuses, CTS, vacations, social insurance). * Ongoing training opportunities in logistics regulations and safety. * Excellent work climate and collaborative working environment. * Opportunity to join a solid company in the environmental and mining logistics sector.
